I have been a Realtor for over 25 years and established Coastal Carolina Real Estate in 2014, and have lived in Surf City (Topsail Island) since obtaining my license. Previously, I was Broker-in-Charge for a large franchise firm, and managed 4 different office locations. My primary coverage areas are Topsail Island, Hampstead, Sneads Ferry, and Wilmington (Pender, Onslow, New Hanover, and sometimes Brunswick counties) My family and I most enjoy being on the water, which lead us back to Topsail, as we enjoy boating, fishing, surfing, kayaking, skiing, and we live on the sound side of Topsail Island. I think the best way to sell waterfront property in this area, is to be able to travel to the property by water, as water depths can be deceiving in photos, and to be able to assist clients with most important concerns as areas that you can travel with your particular boat size.
